Ingredients
  • 4 zucchini, shredded
  • Salt
  • 23 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 cup green onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 12 tsp. onion powder
  • 14 tsp. cayenne
  • 12 cup Gouda cheese, shredded
Instructions
  • Combine salt with zucchini, and allow to sit for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Stir in flour, eggs, green onion, garlic, onion powder, cayenne, and Gouda cheese until evenly combined.
  • Coat skillet with oil and place over medium heat.
  • Cook spoonfuls of zucchini mix for 6 to 7 minutes, flipping as necessary.
  • Serve and enjoy!
