The year is already off to a great start for Queen Elizabeth and her family!

A spokeswoman for Zara Tindall and her husband, Mike Tindall, announced that the couple is expecting their second child.

Zara, a former equestrian champion, and Mike, a former rugby player for England, are already parents to one daughter, Mia, who will be 4 years old later this month.

A Buckingham Palace spokesperson said that the Queen and the royal family were “very pleased” to hear the couple’s good news.

According to the BBC, Zara and Mike’s new baby is expected to be born this summer, after the birth of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s third child. (Kate Middleton is due in April.) He or she will be the Queen’s seventh great-grandchild and, assuming he or she is born after Prince William and Kate’s baby, the child will be the 19th in line to the throne.

Zara is the daughter of the Queen’s only daughter, Princess Anne. She married Mike in 2011. The 35-year-old granddaughter of the Queen previously won a silver medal at the London 2012 Olympics and won the Eventing World Championship in 2006.

The Tindalls’ pregnancy announcement comes just over a year after they lost a baby. The two announced in November 2016 that they were expecting in late spring 2017, but revealed only weeks later that they had suffered a miscarriage.

Don’t forget to SHARE this wonderful news to wish Zara and Mike all the best!
