Becoming a parent is an incredible experience. Having children changes your life completely, and as challenging as it can be, it also adds a lot of joy, happiness, and fulfillment to your life.

Another thing that comes with being a parent? Constantly worrying about your child’s safety.

Many parents find themselves thinking about potential dangers all the time, especially with toddlers.

One dad in Queensland, Australia, recently had his worst nightmare realized while he was vacuuming his baby’s room.

When he moved the vacuum near the crib, he noticed a venomous snake lurking just out of sight. He quickly called a team of snake catchers, who responded to the house and removed the snake.

Once the reptile was safely removed, the snake catchers shared the “before” photo below on their Facebook page. But everyone who saw the photo had the same question: Where’s the snake?

Can you spot the venomous snake hiding in the photo below?

Sunshine Coast Snake Catchers shared the above photo to their Facebook page, showing a baby’s nursery with a very unwelcome guest.

They explain that they found a mildly venomous yellow-faced whipsnake next to this baby’s crib, and that he’s hiding in plain sight in the picture.

Do you see the culprit?

A Little Mountain local was vacuuming his house today when he saw what he thought to be a young Brown Snake in the baby’s room!

Keeping an eye on the snake, he gave us a call and I rushed out. The culprit was actually a mildly venomous yellow-faced whipsnake. See if you can find him in this photo!

Here’s a closeup of the third quadrant.

Could it be wrapped around one of the railings? Maybe it’s sneaking out of the diaper box?

There it is!

It’s kind of hard to make out the snake, but if you look closely, you can see its curved body angling back next to the diaper box.

You can just see the squiggle of the snake’s body, tucked between the wall and the diapers.
