Dessert should always be fun, in my humble opinion!

There are tons of options when it comes to making cakes super fun to eat, and they don’t all have to be complicated. It can be as easy as blotting a few different colors on a cake and smearing them all together for a watercolor look.

Or maybe you prefer to take one traditional dessert, like cake, and spin it in a whole new direction, like putting it in a smoothie.

But when you’re feeling young at heart and full of whimsy, or if you have a child or grandchild’s birthday coming up, then this unicorn cake is the one for you.

All you’ll need, other than your normal cake ingredients, is some modeling chocolate, a tiny bit of edible paint, and a little extra creativity.

I never would have thought to get the actual unicorn horn to look as cool as Sugar Geek Show did in this video. Simply genius! It comes out looking clean and sleek at the end of it too.

Do you think that you would ever make this cake for yourself? I think it is perfect for folks of any age because there’s not much else out there that’s more cheery than rainbows and unicorns!

Feel free to get creative with colors and designs to suit your own unicorn desires. After all, unicorns are anything that you imagine them being.

Don’t forget to please SHARE this delightful cake with your family and friends on Facebook!
