by Angela Andaloro

Tracee Ellis Ross is a woman who can do it all. The 46-year-old isn’t just Diana Ross’ second oldest daughter, she’s also crushed it in her career as a comedian, her current role as Rainbow Johnson on Black-ish, and much more.

Tracee is a force to be reckoned with, and we’re now learning she has a body to be reckoned with as well.

Tracee has been working on her fitness game like crazy, sharing her journey with her followers on Instagram. And now we’re seeing the fruits of her labor for the first time with a post-Thanksgiving bikini selfie that can knock some of these 20-something-year-old girls out of the park!

In the caption, Tracee jokes that she’s still defrosting from the (coldest) Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade (ever), which she appeared at with Diana Ross.

Tracee’s killer abs and gorgeous legs are thanks to her dedication to the Tracy Anderson Method.

There’s no denying that Tracee Ellis Ross is absolutely stunning.

And the 46-year-old, who is Diana Ross’ second eldest daughter, has much more going on than just looks.

She’s also crushing it in every area of her career, like her role as Rainbow on Black-ish.

She’s also a fierce supporter of a number of charities that lift up women and people of color.

Tracee appeared alongside her famous family in this year’s Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.

Tracee bundled up for the event, which took place in a record-breakingly cold New York City.

It explains why she captioned this photo, “Still defrosting from the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade.” While the joke was very funny, fans couldn’t help but notice how awesome Tracee’s abs looked.

Tracee has been putting in work in the gym and has revealed she’s trying the Tracy Anderson Method.

Tracee has been following the program and sharing her results on Instagram.

Tracee is seriously dedicated, working out three to four days a week.

That’s not all Tracee does to take care of her body. As part of Kellogg’s “Nourish Your Next” program, Tracee shared her food diary with People.

Even when she’s exhausted, Tracee shows up at the gym and puts in the work.

Tracee revealed that she doesn’t eat on a strict schedule. “I don’t restrict my eating to firm meal times,” she said. “I eat in the same philosophy that I live with: joyfully!”

Tracee also revealed that she likes “simple, whole foods.” Judging by Tracee’s looks, they like her right back!
