Social Media Is Obsessed With Video Of Toddler Best Friends Reuniting After A Few Days Apart

She loves discovering and sharing viral videos, watching movies with her Muppet-like poodle mix named Cali, and doing the robot whenever possible.

The boys — 26-month-old Maxwell and 27-month-old Finnegan — have been best friends for about a year, and it’s already a friendship that looks like it’ll last a lifetime.

Maxwell and Finnegan live in the same neighborhood in New York City’s Washington Heights. Since they recently started riding the same school bus to day care, the boys get to spend every morning together.

Maxwell’s dad, Michael, says he normally doesn’t post family videos on social media. However, he recently witnessed something so precious that he couldn’t resist sharing it with the world.

After a few days without seeing each other, Maxwell and Finnegan reunited on the streets of NYC — and their greeting is taking the internet by storm.

“They just took off toward each other, and I just got my phone out as quickly as possible and just tried to record it,” Maxwell’s dad, Michael, told PIX11 News. “They are just too cute together.”

“With all the racism and hate going on, I just think it’s a really beautiful video,” Michael told PIX11.
