I feel like there are two types of homeowners out there: There are those who like to buy something “as is” and want it ready when they move in.

If something gets broken, you can bet they’ll be calling the appropriate carpenter, electrician, or plumber.

Then there are the types of people who like to get hands-on and do all of the repairs themselves. These are the type of people who would love to get in and “flip” a house.

I definitely belong to the former category, but I can appreciate the crafty and handy type of person who can completely renovate a space. I’ve seen these people do some especially mesmerizing work with tiny spaces, and the video below also shows an incredible way to use a small space.

The woman in the video below moved to Paris to pursue her dreams, but she could only afford a very tiny space with less than 86 square feet. This former maid’s quarters is up seven flights of stairs. When you walk inside, it looks like a wall of doors, but it has everything you’d need, including a table, bed, bookshelf, storage, and sink.

Well, you can see for yourself in the video. Watch to the very end so you can see how this amazing space used to look before she renovated it. Please SHARE!
