I love baking things from a box.

It’s quick, easy, and inexpensive. Plus, if you throw a can of soda into the batter, you can create all kinds of interesting flavors, like orange creamsicle or ginger carrot spice.

However, the problem with box cake is that some are filled with chemicals (always check the back of the box!) that help them sit on shelves for a long amount of time.

A product like Nutella, on the other hand, clearly states all of its ingredients on the back of the jar — hazelnuts, cocoa powder, skim milk powder, vegetable oil, sugar, soy, and vanillin — and that’s it.

And if you add this delicious hazelnut spread to just two more ingredients you most likely already have in your home, you can make mouthwatering brownies in just 15 minutes with this really cool recipe!

To make these easy and delicious brownies, all you need is a muffin tin, cooking spray, and a few very simple ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup flour

Directions:

  1. Mix Nutella, eggs, and flour in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Grease muffin tin and scoop in batter.
  3. Bake at 350 °F for 10 minutes.
  4. Let cool and enjoy!
