During the holidays, we often get so caught up in buying the most expensive presents and putting up the flashiest decorations that we lose sight of what’s important: family.

With stores everywhere advertising the latest gadgets and gizmos, the holidays have become so focused on gifts that we’ve forgotten the true meaning of the holiday season.

In this episode of Truth Bomb Mom, Kristina Kuzmic is dispelling the belief that without the best gifts or the perfect decorations, Christmas won’t be magical. The truth is, all you need is the support and love of your family to have the most magical Christmas of all.

“It’s not about how much cash you can spend,” says Kristina. “Find the joy, find the humor, find the silly, and focus on what the holiday is really all about.”

Instead of fretting over all the things you can’t give your kids this Christmas, Kristina advises taking a deep breath and focusing on the things you can do, like building a pillow fort or having a Christmas morning dance party!

“You guys need to stop obsessing over all the things that you can’t give your kids this Christmas,” says Kristina, “and just start focusing on the little things you can do.”

Christmas is just as much a holiday for you as it is for your kids, so you shouldn’t have to spend it stressing over the little things. Check out Kristina’s words of advice below, and make sure to SHARE her advice just in time for the holidays!
