Ajibola and Adeboye Taiwo wanted to be parents very badly. For 17 years, they tried to conceive a child of their own, but didn’t have any luck.
Then, everything just seemed to change for the couple. They learned that Ajibola was pregnant with not one or two babies — but four babies!
The couple that had been trying so hard to have just one child was now pregnant with quadruplets.
According to WTVR, Ajibola and Adeboye later traveled to VCU Medical Center in Richmond, Virginia, where they were met with the biggest surprise of all.
When the mom-to-be was examined, it was revealed that she was carrying another two babies in addition to the quadruplets.
The Taiwos were going to have a full set of sextuplets, which is very rare.
Soon, it was time for the sextuplets to come into the world, which required a team of 40 people and a lot of strength from Ajibola.
After carrying six babies around for 30 weeks, the sextuplets were finally born via C-section at VCU.
You can see what all six precious newborns look like in the video below, posted on May 24, 2017.
The couple’s three boys and three girls are currently thriving, and Ajibola and Adeboye just couldn’t be any happier with the outcome.
Check out the adorable sextuplets and their parents in the footage provided by WTVR, and please SHARE if you’re glad the Taiwos are parents after all these years!
