It seems that you can always find a buried treasure or two at a thrift store. While what you find may not be worth tons of money, the point is to discover things — often from yesteryear — that you can’t find today.

Or maybe you’re just looking for a great deal.

In the video below, something incredible happens to two students when they went to their local thrift store. It may just make you believe that there’s magic inside these old gems of shops.

Talia Rappa and Skyer Ashworth went shopping at a thrift store in Titusville, Florida, and found vintage-looking NASA suits that seemed pretty real. They decided to take the chance and purchase them — at only 20 cents a pop!

Thank goodness they did, because, after some research, they found out that these NASA suits were not only made in the 1980s — they were real, actual uniforms, and they had actually been worn in space!

This wasn’t just a bargain. It was a piece of history!

It doesn’t stop there. These bargain shoppers later found out that the suits are valued at upwards of $5,000 apiece!

They made over $20,000 in profit with a simple purchase! You’re headed to your thrift store now, aren’t you?
