Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. I love sharing a big meal with all the people that I’m grateful for.

But the one thing I’m most thankful for on Thanksgiving is the side dishes!

Sure, the turkey is delicious, but most likely all you did was season it and pop it in the oven. Side dish recipes are more complex and demand way more creativity.

This unique spin on two traditional Thanksgiving side dishes in one is so tasty and easy to make, you’ll be whipping them up when it’s not Thanksgiving.

All you need for this simple recipe is a muffin tin and a few simple ingredients:


  • 1 box of Stove Top Stuffing
  • 2 eggs
  • Mashed potatoes (made however you like them best)


  1. Make Stove Top according to instructions on the box.
  2. Mix with 2 eggs.
  3. Bake at 375 °F for 25–30 minutes.
  4. Top with mashed potatoes using an icing bag, Ziploc bag, or just a spoon.
  5. Enjoy!
