Pregnant women everywhere will tell you: carrying a child is not easy.

There’s a lot of suffering involved in pregnancy from all the aches and pains, cravings, morning sickness, and many others complaints.

But moms will also say that every part of it is worth it when they see their baby’s face for the first time!

But some women, surprisingly, have none of the typical symptoms of pregnancy, whatsoever. In fact, they don’t even have a bump! Doctors say it’s more common than you think, making this next woman’s story one to remember.

Iliana Martinez, 23, had a terrible stomach ache that just wouldn’t go away, so she went to the emergency room, hoping that doctors would be able to diagnose her.

They did: ultrasound technicians told her that she was 15 weeks pregnant!

But they were wrong. Martinez was, in fact, pregnant — but a full 38 weeks along. As soon as the doctor corrected the mistake and revealed the news, her water broke on the spot.

She was rushed to the maternity ward, where she gave birth to a healthy baby boy.

Martinez is still trying to understand how her little bundle of joy could have been hiding from her this whole time. At 5 pounds, she should have known he was there, even if she continued menstruating for the duration of the pregnancy.
