We all know the dangers of drunk driving.
It’s something we learn very early on to avoid at all costs, and only as we get older, start to truly understand the consequences that go along with driving while intoxicated.
Not only are you putting your own life at risk, you’re putting the lives of everyone that you come across on the road and the people in your own car in danger as well.
For the most part, the heartbreaking stories from victims of drunk driving accidents and their families is enough to persuade any decent person that it’s just not worth the risk.
But of course, there are always people who disregard common sense and choose to do it anyway.
And that’s the situation that West Virginia State Trooper D.C. Graham came across during a suspected drunk driving traffic stop this week.
After pulling over the driver, troopers found a 1-year-old baby in the back seat covered in his own vomit.
After bringing him back to headquarters, Graham couldn’t stand to see the little boy sitting in his own mess anymore and decided to get him cleaned up.
Graham drew a sink bath for the baby, and as the pictures below show, the little guy was loving the special treatment.
State troopers are some of the bravest men around. They face intense situations on a daily basis and always have to be on guard for the next thing that could happen. But like all strong men do, state troopers also have a bit of a soft side.
West Virginia State Trooper D.C. Graham sent this message loud and clear when he came across a 1-year-old boy that was found covered in his own vomit during a DUI traffic stop. As a dad, Graham says that he couldn’t stand to see the baby sitting in his own filth, so he gave him a bath in the sink and got him cleaned up.
