Give Yourself A Spooky Manicure With These Halloween Nails

If you’re like me, then you will probably find yourself pulling together a last-minute Halloween costume again this year.

Well, this spooky manicure may be just the thing you need to up your game.

Sandi at cutepolish routinely delivers some of the best easy-to-follow nail hacks on the web (one such example is this stellar chevron manicure — minus all the trouble of a steady hand). For the one below, Sandi shows us how to give yourself some zombie nails without damaging your actual nails.

What she uses is a set of natural-looking push-on nails, a tube of red lipstick, and some good old-fashioned nail clippers to create some jagged edges and leave your set looking extra spooky.

You don’t necessarily have to use a paint brush for the application of the lipstick, but it’ll give you more control in painting on the color.

What’s great about this particular method is that once you’re ready to call it a night, you simply pop these off and wash your hands and your nails remain unscathed. And if this isn’t quite your brand of trick-or-treat fun, try another Halloween-themed, ghastly manicure that’s a little more traditional. (Hey, 3D ghosts can still be a little spooky.)
