Sleepy Kittens Jump Up From A Nap The Moment They Hear Food On The Way

If you’re a light sleeper, you know that just about any noise will disturb you from your slumber. You need to invest in some high-quality noise-canceling headphones, a nice sleeping mask, and a really, really comfortable bed to swaddle you to sleep.

If you’re a heavy sleeper, you’re probably one of the lucky ones who will fall asleep virtually anywhere you find yourself tired. You can probably sleep through that early morning construction right outside of your window, or a partner’s incessant snoring.

Cats, on the other hand, seem to be able to choose what they wake up for. Since they nap for the majority of the day, they are used to loud noises happening around them. They may register them, yet they simply choose to ignore them.

However, if they hear something that interests them, they’ll be up and at ’em in the blink of an eye.

These little kittens seem to be in a deep, deep sleep all cuddled together in their box. Maybe they’re dreaming about running around in the sunshine, or dipping their little paws into a babbling brook to catch a fish or two for lunch. However, as soon as one very specific noise enters their big, pointy ears? This is too cute. My cats do this all the time, too! They must really know what’s important in life.
