Ingredients
  • 13 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsps. fresh chopped thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 12 Tbsps. unsalted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • Bread of your choice
  • Grated Parmesan
Instructions
  • In a shallow serving bowl, add milk, eggs, thyme, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
  • Soak bread slices in egg mixture, and coat well.
  • In a heated pan, add butter and olive oil.
  • Toast bread in pan, about 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
  • Sprinkle toast with Parmesan and fresh thyme.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
