Whether it’s gargling salt water five times a day to cure congestion or using salt-filled pillows to aid in relaxation and aches, with salt everything becomes more circulated and open!

That’s because salt is anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antifungal, and antibacterial — it really does have some great medicinal purposes.
