The miracle of birth. It’s one of the most painful and trying experiences a woman can go through.

After it’s all said and done, though, it’s also one of the most, if not the most, rewarding things a woman can ever experience. Some women are blessed with a quicker birthing experience, while some have to undergo hours upon hours of painful labor.

Here’s the story of how one woman dealt with the pain and anticipation in the most incredible way possible.

Expectant mother Temple was in labor for quite some time, and her contractions were about as painful as you can imagine. Opting for a natural birth at home, she was on her own for coping with every bit of pain.

However, instead of panicking and crying, she turned to her faith to get through it all. So her husband grabbed the guitar, and they began to sing.

What followed was a beautiful and transcendent moment between two soon-to-be parents and their unborn son.

In the video below, two very strong contractions hit her pretty hard, but she powers through them like a brave soldier and keeps singing. Not too long after, she gave birth to her son, Koa. What a wonderful and calm environment to bring a child into!
