When Carissa Nunez found out she was pregnant with her second child, she wanted to come up with a fun, exciting way to break the news to her parents. Being a YouTuber, Carissa is no stranger to creativity, so it’s no surprise that she came up with a great idea.

With the help of her husband Nick, Carissa came up with a fun quiz trivia game. On YouTube, Carissa explained that she asked her parents to play “Who Knows Me Better: My Mom or Dad.” They had no idea that the whole game was a cover for the big announcement.

In the video below, the game starts out pretty easily. First, Carissa asks her parents what her favorite drink is, then asks them what she wanted to be when she grew up as a little girl. Finally, at the end of the game, Nick asks Carissa’s parents to finish a fill-in-the-blank poem, starting, “Roses are red, violets are blue…”

Carissa’s parents come up with some creative endings to the poem, but Carissa’s ending sends them into shock. She reads aloud, “Roses are red, violets are blue, on September 28, grandbaby number two!”

You can tell Carissa’s mom and dad were totally not expecting the news — and their reaction is so precious! Carissa’s first daughter, Emerson, was born in March 2017, according to Instagram, so I’m sure the two siblings will get along great being so close in age!
