With the approach of summer, I am ready to fire up the grill and have friends over for a delicious steak dinner.

And now I’ve found a simple way to prepare flank steak that will have all of my guests clamoring for another piece!

In this exclusive video, you’ll see how to make a pinwheel flank steak using your grill and a few common ingredients. Each bite is filled with the delicious flavors of basil, mozzarella cheese, and (of course) steak.

I can’t think of a better way to christen my grill for the season than with something this tasty and original.
