Peeling tomatoes has got to be one of the hardest parts about cooking! It’s so annoying, it’s usually a step I skip all together!
But now that I’ve seen this video, I think I’m going to reconsider. The whole thing is much easier than I thought!
All you need is some boiling water and a knife, and there you go – perfectly peeled tomatoes for any of the recipes you might be thinking of whipping up! I’ve heard of peeling peaches this way, but I never considered it for tomatoes. It makes perfect sense though!
