Put A Funnel In A Clear Ball Ornament, Then Start Pouring In Sprinkles For A Gorgeous Craft

When it comes to the holidays, one of our very favorite traditions is decking the halls and trimming the tree!

There’s just something about wreathing your home in mistletoe and holly that makes it feel real — it’s just not Christmas until your house is as festive as you are!

Still, there are some parts of decorating that take a lot longer than we need them too — Santa may be able to get around the world in one night, but we don’t have those time-management skills.

That’s why we just love a shortcut, like this awesome gift-wrapping hack courtesy of a Japanese department store!

When we saw a way to make gorgeous, kid-friendly ornaments in under a minute, we were sold!

DIY ornaments give your tree tons of character, but they can take forever to make, especially if you have small helpers — and we aren’t talking elves.

This year will be different once you see our awesome tips for filling plain ole clear Christmas balls with fun and festive decorations for truly stellar ornaments!

All you need for this project is a clear glass or plastic Christmas ornament (we recommend plastic!) and a filling that can fit in the top. This can be anything from seashells to jingle bells!

We made versions with everything from rainbow sprinkles to mini pinecones.

Check out the instructions in the video below, and don’t forget to SHARE this fun idea with friends and family this Christmas!
