11-Year-Old Spots Grandpa Having Stroke In Pool, Jumps In When He Realizes He’s Not Coming Up

Jess is a curly-haired Jersey girl who adores penguins and watches the worst reality shows on TV.

It was a beautiful day outside when Noah Humphrey decided to tan by his backyard pool. The 11-year-old was enjoying the sunny weather with his grandfather when things suddenly went awry.

Noah looked over and saw that his grandpa had slipped in the pool. Then, when his grandpa didn’t rise to the surface, he immediately jumped into action.

According to WREG, Noah dragged his grandpa to the side of the pool so he wouldn’t drown in the open area. Then, he called the police.

The young boy flagged down first responders and led them to the backyard, where his grandfather was unresponsive. Luckily, the team was able to save Noah’s grandpa and took him to the hospital to recover.

In the video below, posted on June 12, 2017, Noah doesn’t go into much detail about it, but reveals that this isn’t the first time he saved his grandfather’s life. He explains, “Well, I have a lot of experience because he falls a lot because his legs aren’t stable and I usually always know what to do.”

His mother, Caroline, adds, “If he wasn’t there and didn’t jump in the pool, it could’ve been a lot worse than it was because his grandfather was unresponsive. He was, like, knocked out for some reason.”

Please SHARE to commend Noah on his brave actions when his grandpa needed him the most.
