Make A Pumpkin Cake In Less Than 2 Minutes With This Cake Hack!!

I never knew such a thing was even possible. Ladies and gentlemen: there’s a way to make a freshly baked, warm and fluffy pumpkin cake, in the comfort of your own home…in just 2 minutes.

Honestly, that’s shorter than the line at my local Starbucks.

If you’ve read anything else I’ve written, you know that I‘m not-so-kitchen-inclined. Since this is coming from me, you can be sure this recipe is as easy as (pumpkin) pie…or, in this case, pumpkin cake. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1/2 egg
  • 2 tablespoons skim milk
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 7 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • An extra large mug
  • A microwave!
