Mom Has Bleached Her Hair White Since The ’70s And Looks Decades Younger After Drastic Makeunder

by June Rivers
When she's not blogging for the 'net, June loves cuddling with her cats and reading in her library at home.

Deborah, a Chicago police officer, was stuck in a style rut for decades. She had been bleaching her hair a stark white and using outdated makeup techniques ever since the ’70s.

With her heavy black eyeliner, white and blue frosted eyeshadow, and dyed and dried out hair, Deborah insisted her harsh look helped her express herself.

Her sister Sandy, however, begged Deborah to try a softer and more natural look. Deborah even admitted to wearing pantyhose under her blue jeans!

In the clip below from The Oprah Winfrey Show, the hardworking mom and officer agrees to undergo a makeunder with the help of some talented stylists. When she finally steps onstage to reveal her transformation, Sandy is left in disbelief.

“You’re not gonna believe this,” Oprah tells her audience.

We’ve seen Oprah deliver some pretty impressive results, and this one is no exception.
