There’s nothing better than waking up in the morning to a nice hot meal. Unfortunately, if you want a hot meal in the morning, that usually means you have to cook it yourself.
And cooking first thing in the morning isn’t exactly what most people find relaxing.
That being said, it’s easy to just grab a granola bar, or stop for fast food on the way to work.
Many of us just forgo breakfast all together and opt for a cup of coffee. Most of us know that skipping breakfast isn’t good for our health, but it’s always so hard to find the time to make breakfast.
That is, until now. In the five minutes it normally takes to brew a cup of coffee or pour a bowl of cereal, you could have a healthy and delicious vegetable-filled omelet.
You might be thinking, An omelet? In five minutes? How is that even possible?

With only a few simple ingredients, a regular coffee mug, and your microwave, you can have a tasty, filling omelet.
Plus, if you have kids, you can make this a fun morning activity by letting them choose their add-ins!
