Fans are once again convinced that Meghan Markle is pregnant.
On Thursday, Meghan attended the 100 Days to Peace gala in London with Prince Harry. The Duchess of Sussex wore a blue custom-made Jason Wu dress, and photos of the outfit caused quite the stir.
Spectators couldn’t help but notice that the dress featured ruffles across the midsection. Coincidence?! People think not.
Later during their date night, Prince Harry rubbed Meghan’s back — which only fueled the pregnancy rumors even further. Others noted that the 37-year-old seemed to have shinier hair and glowing skin.
“Does anyone else think Meghan Markle is pregnant? I’m not sure if it’s the dress but I think she has the pregnancy glow!” one person tweeted.
“I’d put money on Meghan being pregnant,” another wrote.
However, a source close to Kensington Palace cleared things up.
“Chalk this pregnancy speculation to an unflattering dress and wind,” the source told Us Weekly. “Meghan and Harry have a busy rest of the year. They are excited to start a family but have always wanted to focus the first year of marriage on their official work and starting to bring awareness to causes close to them. That is their main focus before starting a family.”
Meghan and Harry married in May 2018. They’ve long shared their excitement to become parents.
“I’ve longed for kids since I was very, very young,” Harry told ABC News in 2012.
The insider added that when there is a bun in the oven, the palace will make an official announcement.
