Meghan And Harry Arrive In London For Final Royal Duties And Witness An Adorable Engagement

by Angela Andaloro

Meghan Markle was radiant in her return to London. The Duchess of Sussex arrived in the UK on Thursday as she and Prince Harry make their final appearances as senior working members of the royal family.

The day kicked off with Harry and Meghan enjoying a private lunch at The Goring Hotel. Later in the day, the couple attended the annual Endeavour Fund Awards. The award ceremony honors veterans and servicemen and women who have achieved extraordinary milestones in their recovery from injury by taking part in sporting and adventure challenges.

The couple arrived arm in arm, shining despite the rain around them. Meghan wore a fitted teal dress by Victoria Beckham, paired with BB pumps by Manolo Blahnik.

She wore her hair slicked back into a low ponytail.

Meghan presented an award at the event. She was met with a lot of applause as she took the stage. “Good evening everybody — it’s very nice to be back,” Meghan said. “It’s the third year that I’ve had the incredible fortune of joining my husband here, and as you all know and can feel it is just the most inspiring space.”

Harry and Meghan got to witness a beautiful moment when one of the Endeavour Fund winners proposed to his longtime love after accepting his award. Meghan looked delighted to be there as it unfolded. She teared up and grasped Harry during the sweet moment.
