I am not ashamed to admit it: in my heart, I am a bona fide country girl. This means that I love sweet tea, I am not afraid to get dirty, and I keep everything in Mason jars.

Though they may be simple — and perhaps a little too rustic for some — these little jars are bursting with possibilities and potential. From potpourri shakers to toothbrush holders, there’s little these canning jars can’t do.

However, until I saw this incredible DIY tutorial, I had no idea that Mason jars could be used for sewing too! With just a few simple craft supplies and about five minutes of your time, you will have something that is both super helpful and totally adorable.

Now, with these simple supplies and some help from our DIY expert Paige, I’ll never again have to go searching for my pincushion or small spools. This is perfect for my little craft table!

Will you be making one of these at home? If you do, let us know what kind of fabric you’ll be using in the comments below!
