I don’t know about you, but every time I turn around, it seems like I have more makeup.

I never think that I buy that much, but little bottles of nail polish and tubes of mascara just seem to turn up everywhere, don’t they?

In fact, in my house, it’s gotten to the point where I have completely taken over the medicine cabinet with all my stuff. Something has to change!

Fortunately, spring-cleaning season is almost upon us, so it’s the perfect time to get organized with a handful of clever DIY hacks!

I’ve already converted some old picture frames that were gathering dust into these pretty trays, so it’s high time I started putting some of that homemade know-how to work cleaning up my piles of makeup.

The first step is throwing out all the products that are expired or that I no longer use. Next up? Finding a system to get them tidy!

Right now, I’m focusing on this genius tutorial, which demonstrates how to take an old, dusty baking tray and turn it into something functional and fabulous with just a bit of glue and a handful of magnets!
