Little Boy Watches Video Of Pianist Playing Blindfolded, Then Challenges Himself To Do It Too

by Mauricio Castillo
Mauricio has been writing for 11 years and is deeply into movies, sports and anything funny.

Ever since he was a toddler, Lydian has loved music. It all began when he was two and played around with drums.

But the boy showed musical talent, so his dad Varshan, a composer, began teaching him the piano.

Lydian was hooked and learned to become better and better.

The 11-year-old from Chennai, India, plays a number of instruments, but the piano is his specialty.

One of his hobbies includes watching performances online, and then mimicking them to test his musical ability!

One time, he saw a video of someone playing the piano blindfolded.

So Lydian decided that he wanted to try it too, and put his own spin on it.

The video below shows the 11-year-old sitting down at the piano with a black blindfold covering half his face.

Then, with stunning ability, the boy started playing a particularly complicated piece of music.

The familiar, rapid tune of “Flight of The Bumblebee” started as Lydian’s fingers flew across the piano’s keys.

This boy’s penchant for music is absolutely amazing!
