Jacob Miller and Harley Mitchell were at an Indianapolis Colts game at Lucas Oil Stadium when they were invited onto the field.

Jacob had won an essay contest the team put together, giving the couple the opportunity to go down for a dating game.

At least, that’s what Harley thought was going on when she stepped onto the field.

You see, unbeknownst to Harley, Jacob had actually won the essay contest for a very different reason.

The contest had been created by the Colts in partnership with Diamonds Direct. The winner was given the opportunity to propose to their significant other at Lucas Oil Stadium during a game!

Harley though they were just playing a dating game — one to see how much Jacob really knew her — in the hopes of winning a prize at the end.

The first question was pretty simple: “Where did you meet?”

Both their answers were exactly the same.

Eventually, they were asked where they got engaged. Harley looked as confused as you might expect.

Not Jacob — he turned over his sign, which read, “Lucas Oil Stadium!”

Surprise completed!
