When you look out your window on a winter morning and see the first snowfall of the season, your eyes will light up. Then you realize that you’re either ecstatic or miserable.

But I hope most would be ecstatic. Because even if you hate the cold, like I do, the snow is a beautiful coat that reminds us all of the holidays coming up!

And who doesn’t love the holidays?

Even Loki, the funny Australian cattle dog puppy, seems like she loves the holidays. How do I know this? Because she seems obsessed with snow.

In this video, her mother catches her on camera during her first interaction with flurries this season.

As she sprints out from the side, she seems absolutely untamable and blissfully happy, darting back and forth, jumping up and down, and even trying to eat the little snowflakes as she prances around.

Her excitement seems overwhelming. I think you’ll agree after watching the video below.

What’s your reaction to the first snowfall of the season? Do your dog’s emotions match your own? Let us know in the comments!

Hopefully this year everyone enjoys a snow-filled winter as much as Loki!
