Baby KoKo has made her debut!

Kobe Bryant and his wife Vanessa welcomed their baby girl Capri Kobe Bryant on June 20.

They waited two weeks before introducing KoKo to the world with the sweetest Instagram posts.

Both parents shared the same photo of KoKo swaddled in pink and wearing a floral headband.

“Our little princess Capri Kobe Bryant ‘KoKo’ 6/20/19,” Kobe wrote in his caption.

“Here’s our sweet baby girl! Capri Kobe Bryant 💗6/20/19💗,” Vanessa wrote in hers.

Kobe and Vanessa are already parents to three older daughters: Bianka Bella, 2; Gianna Maria-Onore, 13; and Natalia Diamante, 16.

They first announced their fourth pregnancy on New Year’s Day 2019. While Vanessa was hoping to finally have a boy, they instead were blessed with yet another daughter — and they couldn’t be happier.

“Bianka will have a new baby sibling to play with and Natalia and Gianna are super excited to welcome another little baby sister to love,” Vanessa wrote at the time.

Kobe and Vanessa have been together since 2001. Their first daughter, Natalia, is now 16, but they’re not done having children yet.

Kobe told Ellen DeGeneres that his ideal family size is five children.

“I would go for a solid starting five,” he said. “You know what I mean? You just have your own internal basketball team.”

After having three daughters, Vanessa was hoping to have a boy. Kobe, on the other hand, was never too fussed either way.

“I hear boys are just walking tornadoes. We’ll see. I think Vanessa wants a boy more than I do,” he told Extra in 2017.

He wasn’t thrown off by the teasing from his friends, either.

“My friends say, ‘It takes a real man to make a boy,’” he said. “I’m like, ‘Dude, it takes a king to make a princess … get in line!’”

Then the couple found out that they were, in fact, expecting another girl.

“I’m super excited. I love my princesses,” he said.

The whole family was equally excited.

The couple announced the pregnancy on Instagram on January 1 with a gold sparkling graphic.

“Kobe and I are so happy to add another baby blessing to our family! Bianka will have a new baby sibling to play with and Natalia and Gianna are super excited to welcome another little baby sister to love,” Vanessa wrote at the time.

“Vanessa and I are beyond excited to announce that we are expecting another #mambacita to go along with Natalia, Gianna and Bianka,” Kobe wrote.

On June 20, the couple announced that Baby KoKo had arrived. Vanesa wrote:

“Our baby girl is here!!!!!
💗Capri Kobe Bryant 💗
So thankful for our newest baby blessing.”

And last Thursday, they finally introduced KoKo to the world with a photo from an adorable newborn photo shoot. Just look at KoKo in this pink!

Kobe and Bryant revealed KoKo’s name a few weeks prior to her birth. It’s a lovely way of paying homage to her father’s name, just in case they never do have that boy.

Following the first photo, Vanessa posted another photo of herself holding baby KoKo.

“Skin to Skin.❤️to ❤️ #MyBabyGirl #Capri,” she wrote.

Now that Kobe is retired, he has plenty of time to devote to being a dad. He says he spends his days “taking the kids to school, going to the office and writing, and trying to create stories that will hopefully will impact people tomorrow.”

Kobe wrote a sports fantasy series, The Wizenard Series: Training Camp. He says his daughters help him write the books.

“They read the story as it was being written,” he explained to Extra. “They would be really, really direct and be like, ‘Dad, that’s a wack idea, don’t do that,’ or, ‘Don’t say that, the line is really cheesy, don’t that.’ They were brutally honest. It went both ways — negative and positive.”

Kobe also says he’s not interested in coaching basketball, despite his long and legendary career. For now, he has his own “team” at home to take care of.
