Khloé Kardashian’s adorable daughter True, just 12 weeks old, has already become the target of mean and nasty internet trolls. Every time the 34-year-old reality star takes to social media to share a picture of True, these bullies come out of the woodwork and fill her posts’ comments with all sorts of insults and rude remarks.
Khloé’s patience must have (understandably) run out toward the end of last week, judging by her savage response to a Twitter user who called True “not cute” on Friday.
“Is it just me or is @khloekardashdian baby, True, not cute at all?” the person wrote in the since-deleted tweet.
You know what’s not cute? Trolling people just for the heck of it. Khloé certainly seems to agree, judging by her fierce, no-nonsense clap back to the online bully who insulted her little girl’s appearance…
Ouch! According to People, the Twitter troll both deleted her tweet and made her account private after reading Khloé’s response, but the reality star wasn’t done yet.
The troll eventually apologized for her tweet, according to the gossip magazine: “[I] honestly didn’t mean for my tweet to get as many replies and whatnot to it,” she wrote. “I apologize for my actions and I shouldn’t have said what I said. I wasn’t thinking at all.”
But Khloé's fans kept bombarding her with love all the same.
She replied to quite a few of her fans’ messages and thanked them for their support.
It seemed to help that her fans responded with so much positivity.
The unfortunate reality of being a celebrity — or the child of one — is that your fame will always attract some haters. It’s sort of pathetic that some people feel the need to attack or insult a literal baby, but Khloé can at least find comfort in the fact that her supporters are in the majority!
Khloé has been very open about her experiences with motherhood ever since announcing her pregnancy in December 2017.
“My greatest dream realized! We are having a baby!” Khloé captioned a photo of her boyfriend, Tristan Thompson, cradling her bump. “I had been waiting and wondering but God had a plan all along. He knew what He was doing. I simply had to trust in Him and be patient. I still at times can’t believe that our love created life!”
Her pregnancy was relatively uneventful.
Khloé was so excited to meet her little bundle of joy, albeit a little “impatient,” she admitted
on her app and website in April.
Until videos and photos posted online appeared to show Tristan cheating on his pregnant girlfriend.
Khloé didn’t comment on the allegations at the time, and she remained living at the Cleveland Cavaliers star’s home while she waited to give birth — which didn’t end up being long.
True arrived just two days after Tristan's cheating scandal broke.
True was born on April 12 and was given her dad’s last name despite the lingering rumors about Tristan’s infidelity.
Khloé wound up staying with Tristan, to some fans' dismay.
But judging by the above tweet, she has no regrets.
Drama aside, Khloé's taken motherhood in full stride so far.
She called parenthood “amazing” in a tweet to one of her fans last month.
“Of course it’s an adjustment but it’s so beautiful!” she explained. “Sometimes I don’t know what day it is or I don’t get a shower LOL but she [True] is finally on a great sleep schedule so I get adult time which is awesome!”
Khloé’s favorite thing about motherhood? “The unconditional love!” she told another fan via Twitter.
“I absolutely love the fact that I get to have this beautiful little being in my life for the rest of my life! We get to love each other forever,” she wrote.
Khloé recently returned to work for the first time since True was born.
The transition was difficult, she told her Snapchat followers, but nevertheless, she was “eager to get back to work.”
“I have a new push and motivation,” she added. “It’s not just for me anymore.”
Keep up the great work, Mama!
