Celebrities continue to remember Regis Philbin’s legacy, and now his two former female cohosts are speaking out publicly.

Regis passed away from natural causes at 88 years old. He was a six-time Emmy winner who held the Guinness World Record for the most hours spent on American television.

Among the many celebrities paying tribute to the media giant are his two former Live costars Kathie Lee Gifford and Kelly Ripa.

Both of their touching messages are featured in the clip below, courtesy of Entertainment Tonight.

First up, Kathie Lee tearfully shares her feelings. The beloved duo spent nearly 15 years together on Live and formed a friendship that stood the test of time.

Then there is Kelly Ripa, who remained Regis’ cohost from 2001 to 2011, when he left at age 80.
