Dr. Jason Diamond is a celebrity plastic surgeon to the stars, including the Kardashians, Chrissy Teigen, and Katy Perry.

If there’s anyone who knows how to keep your face unnaturally smooth, it’s Dr. Diamond.

Dr. Diamond’s famous clients go to him for all sorts of procedures, from collagen face masks to Botox injections to microneedling. As skin care guru to the stars, Dr. Diamond has to be ultra-discreet about his clients — they often go in through a private elevator or sneak in at odd hours of the night. That special care doesn’t come cheap; Dr. Diamond’s monthly facials cost up to $4,500.

It goes without saying that these procedures are probably way out of your price range — unless you’re a Kardashian, in which case, shoot me an email.

But what if you want youthful skin and you’re not quite Kardashian-level rich — or if you’re simply not interested in cosmetic procedures? Unfortunately, nobody has discovered the fountain of youth quite yet. Everyone ages at some point. But Dr. Diamond has a few tips for naturally preventing the signs of aging.

First, if you’re a smoker, it’s time to kick the habit, Dr. Diamond told Entertainment Tonight. Cigarettes cause wrinkles and eye bags, and they also dull the complexion. Those effects accumulate over time.

Second, avoid the sun as much as possible. When you go out in the sun, wear sunscreen. Sunlight literally ages your skin prematurely.

And last, stay hydrated! We all know about the importance of water, but somehow, that knowledge doesn’t always translate into action. If there were a fountain of youth, it would just be water. Drink lots of it.
