Jessica Simpson Is Looking ‘Ripped’ In New Post-Workout Selfie After Losing 100 Pounds

Six months after giving birth to her third child in March 2019, Jessica Simpson announced she had already lost 100 pounds after saying she “tipped the scales at 240.”

The 39-year-old singer, entrepreneur, wife, and mother of three proclaimed she was determined to feel good about herself, both mentally and physically.

During her weight loss journey after giving birth to daughter Birdie Mae, Jessica began her weight loss journey and started it slowly and with moderation.

She took regular walks with a daily goal of 6,000 steps. Over time, her trainer helped her build up to 14,000 steps each day.

Jessica also says she completes 45-minute workout sessions three days a week and has cleaned out her diet to only include healthy foods.

In a brand-new photo she posted to Instagram, Jessica poses for a full-body selfie after a workout … wearing a matching sports bra set from her own Jessica Simpson Collection.

She looks healthier than ever!

“Woke up before all 3 kiddos to get my steps in and spend time with me, myself, and I,” she captioned the photo. “Move move move for your own mental health.”
