Jessica Alba gave birth to her third child, a baby boy named Hayes, on New Year’s Eve. Since then, she’s been one busy mama.
Just like every other mom with a newborn, Jessica’s baby isn’t stopping her from running errands. On February 17, 2018, the mom of three hit up her local Target to do some shopping but had to make a pit stop into the dressing room.
However, she wasn’t trying on new clothes; she had to breastfeed little Hayes. While she and other celebrity moms have been shamed for breastfeeding in public, the actress clearly doesn’t let it bother her. She uploaded a photo to her Instagram Story showing her newborn breastfeeding.
“Breastfeeding in a Target dressing room,” Jessica wrote on the photo.
This isn’t the first time Jessica Alba has documented her son’s breastfeeding. On February 8, she shared a photo of her breastfeeding Hayes at work, and just one month before that, she posted another breastfeeding photo to her Instagram Story.
Moms like Jessica are normalizing breastfeeding in public and trying to prove that no mom should feel ashamed of doing something so natural for their child. Plus, it’s not just celebrity moms hitting back at people shaming them for breastfeeding. Moms all across the world are letting strangers know they don’t have to cover up.
Please SHARE this post on Facebook if you think breastfeeding in public should be normalized!
