Lindsey is from Florida and has worked in online and print media. Her happy place is Michaels craft store.

At 27, actress Jennifer Lawrence has won an Academy Award, three Golden Globe Awards, and even has a Guinness world record.

But, there is one thing she doesn’t have: a high school diploma.

In fact, she didn’t even graduate middle school!

In a brand-new interview with 60 Minutes, the Hollywood actress revealed the shocking truth about her education. “I dropped out of middle school,” she said. “I don’t, technically, have a GED or a diploma. I am self-educated.”

The Kentucky-born actress got her start acting in a small television role in 2006. She is best perhaps known for her role as Katniss Everdeen in the book-to-movie adaptation of The Hunger Games.

Despite never getting a degree, Jennifer has wowed Hollywood and won countless prestigious awards. Jennifer admitted that she has no regrets about not finishing her schooling.

“I wanted to forge my own path,” she explained. “I found what I wanted to do, and I didn’t want anything getting in the way of it.”

Jennifer clearly has a knack for acting. She’s admitted many times that she’s never taken a single acting class in her life.

The actress has been in the news lately and recently came under fire for sounding” stuck up” at an awards show. She also stood up for her decision to wear a plunging neckline.
