Are you craving something sweet but don’t have the ingredients, the time, or the energy to do some serious baking?

Ice cream bread might just be the dessert for you! With just two ingredients, you can make yourself a delicious, simple treat with a fraction of the hassle.

This unique cake is not only delicious, but it’s adorable, too! It’s also perfect for any occasion, from holidays to birthdays  much like this easy peppermint bark, which is great with hot cocoa in winter and refreshing in summer!

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 pint ice cream, slightly melted
  • chocolate chips
  • rainbow sprinkles
  • icing of your choice

Directions:

  1. Mix the flour and softened ice cream in a loaf pan until smooth.
  2. Add in whatever extras you like and stir until evenly distributed.
  3. Bake at 350 °F for 45 minutes.
  4. Let cool, and top with your favorite flavor of icing.
  5. Enjoy!

Seriously, how incredibly easy is that? And the best thing about it is that the possibilities are endless when it comes to flavor. Use chocolate ice cream for a devil’s-food-style cake, or coffee ice cream for a sweet breakfast bread.

This is a delicious, fail-proof dessert that friends and family are sure to love!
