It’s an unfortunate habit, but whenever I sit down to unwind and relax in front of the TV, I usually do so with a big bag of chips.
There’s just no better combo than a yummy snack and my favorite show.
But I know that these bad habits are soon to catch up with me — so I’ve been trying to find healthier alternatives to my typical television fare.
That’s how I happened to find this cheap, easy, and delicious snacktime recipe — and now, giving up greasy potato chips has never been easier!
Though I’ve never been a huge fan of chickpeas — or garbanzo beans as they’re sometimes called — I’m now singing a different tune after trying this out myself.
I couldn’t believe just how simple it was to make a snack that’s not just delicious, but really healthy too.
Ingredients and Supplies:
- 30 oz. chickpeas
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- baking sheet
Pop it all in the oven and get ready to enjoy a truly yummy snack that’s perfect for almost any occasion! Whether paired with a sandwich or just nibbled on alone, these crunchy little beans make for a truly delicious treat.
