Yup, Lasagna Cupcakes are about the smartest, tastiest cupcakes you can cook. These cupcakes feature all the top culinary players, including pasta, eggs, bacon, sausage, and cheese. Oh my!

This brilliant concoction of egg-y, meaty, buttery goodness is easier to cook up than you might think and is sure to impress at your next dinner gathering. In fact, I’m already planning to make them this Sunday night!

Here are the tools you’ll need:

  • Muffin tin
  • 2 large saucepans or pots
  • Frying pan

And here are the ingredients:

  • An 8-oz package of spaghetti
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 packs of bacon
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese

The last time I was this impressed by someone’s recipe, it was when I learned how to turn leftover stuffing into quick, delicious breakfast.
