Houston Texans Cheerleader’s Intense Workout Routine Goes Viral

When one Houston Texans cheerleader shared her workout routine on social media, she had no idea it would go viral.

But one look at the clip below and you’ll understand why it did.

“I was just trying to figure out a way to entertain our fans.” she told Houston’s KHOU. “As Houston Texans Cheerleaders we’re huge about social media, so we love to keep our fans entertained off the field and on the field.”

In turn, Daranesha was impressively doing sit-ups while hanging from a punching bag. The technique is enough to make anyone want to hit the gym!

“Trying to get my abs game day ready,” she wrote as the caption on Twitter.

Like the woman who beat a man in a muscle contest at a Philadelphia Soul game, Daranesha emphasized some serious girl power with her workout routine.

She received comments from impressed fans, including one who wrote, “you are so ABspirational! Way to work your core!”

Another said: “HOLY SMOKE! I am amazed at you. You are incredible!”

The Houston native also told the news outlet that she and her teammates work just “as hard as any other athlete.”
