Mama June and her brood of goofy children never cease to make us laugh. They’re just so candid and honest about everything (even things they should probably keep secret).

Just take a look at the time Mama June and Honey Boo Boo tried to take an etiquette class!

As many of you probably know, Honey Boo Boo rose to fame doing child pageants. Now, her formerly overweight mom, June, is trying out pageants for herself.

Before doing her pageant, Mama June had to prepare like anyone else. That included buying a fancy dress, learning some routines, and practicing her walk.

Of course, when practicing a pageant walk, you have to wear high heels — which is apparently an issue for Mama June.

In the video below, taken from the episode that aired February 23, 2018, Mama June enters the studio to talk to her pageant coach, Nic. She also happens to be wearing an eye patch to recover from an eye surgery.

When Nic suggests she try out her walk with heels, Mama June seems immediately hesitant. She then explains that her feet were actually run over by a forklift!

On an old episode of Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, Mama June revealed that the forklift event had occurred a few years earlier, while she was working at a warehouse. Apparently, it messed up her toe, leaving it a little deformed.

Luckily, Nic has a simple solution: a walker. Yes, like the kind elderly people use when they need assistance walking.

At the end, Honey Boo Boo tells cameras: “It’s probably a good thing that Nic brought that walker ’cause Mama is old. She’s almost 40!”
