Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you have probably noticed that unicorns are everywhere. They are on T-shirts at the mall, in the stuffed animal section at the toy store, and even in cakes.

Not so surprisingly, one of people’s favorite ways to enjoy the unicorn trend is by eating it. Well, rather by eating unicorn-themed food.

From frozen drinks to cupcakes to sushi rolls, unicorns have seemingly infiltrated the food world. Not too bad for an animal that apparently doesn’t exist.

Even if unicorns aren’t real, their food and the sugar and calories involved are. But it’s actually possible to make healthy versions of unicorn-inspired food at home. The best part? No sugar high or inevitable crash is involved.

In the video below, the Fox 29 team are introduced to some of these healthier unicorn options. First of all, a homemade version of the “infamous Starbucks unicorn frappuccino,” that includes almond milk and natural dyes.

Next up is a unicorn version of veggies and dip, which utilizes vibrantly colored peppers to create a rainbow and  cauliflower to look like clouds. If that couldn’t get any cuter, just add baby corns as pots of gold. No kid can resist.

There are plenty of ways to enjoy the unicorn food trend without the cavities or calories. Watch the video below for more adorable unicorn ideas.
