Every mom knows that teaching kids healthy eating habits can be a struggle, but one mom in particular has made it her mission to show that nutritious meals can be fun.

Laleh Mohmedi, a mom based in Melbourne, Australia, has redefined mealtime for her son Jacob with her incredible culinary creations. Each plate is inspired by one of Jacob’s favorite characters, including Elsa, Carl from Up, and Tigger.

Using ingredients such as pita, wild rice, celery, and quinoa, Laleh is passionate about promoting healthy, organic eating. In 2015, she took to Facebook to share her masterpieces with friends, who encouraged her to make an Instagram profile.

Since then, Jacob’s Food Diaries has become a social media sensation, amassing over 100,000 followers.

“Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought that our little kitchen creations would turn into a full-time career and allow us to work with some of the biggest production companies, such as Disney, Nickelodeon, Universal Pictures, Jamie Oliver, and many more,” Laleh told LittleThings.

For the devoted mom, preparing her imaginative meals is not about the likes, but about spending time in the kitchen with her son. Check out some of Laleh’s amazing creations below!
