Typically made with buttermilk, onion, garlic, herbs, simple spices, and mixed into a mayo-based sauce, ranch goes perfectly with basically everything on the table, from salad and veggie sticks to game-day appetizers.

Feel free to substitute or add in any of your favorite herbs and spices to make a dressing that you absolutely love.

- 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tsps. chopped parsley
- 2 tsps. chopped chives
- 1 avocado
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tsps. chopped fresh dill
1⁄2tsp. onion powder
1⁄2Tbsps. lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Peel, core, and mash the avocado.
- Add the avocado, yogurt, garlic, spices, and lime juice into the food processor.
- Pulse until well-blended, and let chill in the fridge in an airtight container.
- Add into salad, or plate as a dipping sauce for snacks. Enjoy!
