Gwyneth Paltrow Is Bringing Goop’s Unregulated Health And Wellness Tips To Netflix

by Angela Andaloro

For the past several years, Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop has been met with mixed reviews. While some regard it as gospel, others insist it’s full of health and wellness tips that aren’t fully vetted.

While some people might try to turn away from those criticisms, Gwyneth is embracing them. In a new collaboration between Gwyneth and Netflix, The Goop Lab will dive into “unregulated” health practices.

The show will delve into the unconventional ways that women around the globe pursue health and wellness. The practices are the cornerstone of the website’s content, so regular visitors will likely be pleased to see the fieldwork that goes into their favorite articles.

For those who have never stepped into the world of Goop, it will be a fascinating look at just how far some are willing to go to stay young, fresh, and stunning.

“What we try to do at Goop is explore ideas that may seem out there or too scary,” says Goop chief content officer Elise Loehnen in the trailer for the six-part series. The show will cover energy healing, psychedelics, cold therapy, psychic mediums, anti-aging, and orgasms.

Netflix has clarified that the series will also feature “doctors, researchers, alternative health practitioners, and other experts in mental, physical, spiritual, and sexual health.” The Goop Lab will premiere on Netflix on January 24.
